1. Information and purposes

2. Who receives information
We use hosting, network, messaging, advertising, attribution and payment providers to operate these functions. Relevant integrations include Alibaba Cloud hosting, Cloudflare network services, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google advertising services, AppLovin MAX and its enabled advertising partners, Adjust, the Migo publishing integration, and PayerMax and the payment method you select. Payout information is used for payment processing; it is not included in the game’s advertising events by our application code.
The Migo publishing integration supplies advertising, attribution and technical SDK services for this game. Advertising partners enabled by that integration may vary by region and availability. Contact us for information about the providers handling your data or to direct a privacy request; we remain responsible for responding to requests concerning our app.
For additional information, see Google, AppLovin, Adjust and Cloudflare. We may disclose relevant information when required by law, to resolve payment disputes or to protect users and the service. We limit disclosure to the applicable purpose.
3. Your choices
You can turn notifications on or off in Android settings. Denying notification permission does not prevent normal gameplay. You can manage your device’s advertising privacy settings where available. Rewarded advertisements and payout requests involve the information needed to perform those actions; declining to provide required payout details prevents us from processing that payout.
To request access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy right, email intelligence0372@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to verify that the account belongs to you. You may also contact the competent data protection authority where applicable. Rights and any permitted exceptions depend on applicable law.
4. Account deletion and retention
For requests concerning your account or data, contact intelligence0372@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-side records. A disabled account and a completed data-deletion request are different states.
Our retention policy is: Game account information and progress are kept while needed to provide your account and until a verified deletion request is fulfilled. Diagnostic and security records are kept for as long as necessary to investigate failures, abuse or disputes. Support correspondence is kept while handling your request and any related dispute. Payment records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes or applicable legal obligations. Retained records are restricted to those purposes. We retain only the information necessary for the relevant purpose, including transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal obligations where applicable, and delete or anonymize information when that purpose ends. Request handling time: We review requests sent to our support email, verify account ownership where necessary, and respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain any additional verification, permitted extension or records that must be retained. Sending an email starts a request; it does not mean deletion has already completed.
5. Security and international processing
We use transport encryption, access restrictions and separate application data namespaces. No service can guarantee absolute security. Our game backend is hosted in the United States; our service providers may process information in other countries. We apply the safeguards required by applicable law for international processing and transfers.
6. Age eligibility
The intended minimum age for this service is 18 years. If you believe information was provided by a child below the applicable age, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Eligibility for payments may be more restrictive than eligibility to play.
7. Changes
We will update this page when practices change and use an appropriate in-app or other notice for material changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Where consent is legally required, we will request it rather than treating continued use as consent.
